A wonderful day was had by all who attended our 50th Anniversary Open Day held on Sunday 14th October.
The day started with a short parade and presentation of certificates to our newly appointed squadron presidents. After which guests could look around the squadron at the various static displays. The main one being in the main hall, where 50 years of history had been displayed in the form of photos. "A lot of memories in one place"
The band then played a couple of pieces to the assembled guests after which a small drill display took place. Having been shown by the cadets guests were then invited to join the drill team to see if they could still remember the moves? Some did and as you can see in the pictures they still knew.
